I’m curious about everything.
One of my greatest joys has been learning who I am, and trusting her to lead my life. The path forward has been rich and rewarding; there have also been moments of doubt and frustration. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Working with leaders in the technology sector gives me the opportunity to make a difference with people who can create the kind of powerful, positive change that will help secure a vibrant, sustainable planet. I am kind, gentle and relentless in my advocacy for the fullest possible expression of authentic leadership in each client.
My coaching journey began over 20 years ago when I realized the only thing I liked about my job in investment banking was the paycheck. Since then, I’ve integrated behavioral change methodologies and tools from a wide variety of disciplines. In addition to coaching, my work has included group facilitation, organizational consulting, merger integration, corporate recruiting and training, personal development training, and experiential learning design. I’m a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, and sit on the faculty of an ICF accredited coach training program. I am a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach and an NLP Master Practitioner. For seven years I taught the Hoffman Quadrinity Process. I have a BA in history and an MBA in finance and organization behavior. Here’s a CV if you’d like to know more.
I live in northern New Mexico with my husband Tim and some inspiring and beloved four-legged friends.
